How can you get in contact with us?
You can give us a call at 1-868-318-MENU(6368) or send us an email at admin@myfitmenu.com.

Are My Fit Menu meals ready to eat?
Yes! You can heat up your meal at home or your office. You can also heat your meal in an oven safe container.

How long do My Fit Menu meals last at home?
My Fit Menu meals are freshly made, so eating them soon after the purchase date is best. Our meals will last up to 3 days in your refrigerator and up to 10 days in a freezer.

How many calories do your meals contain?
All our meals are 550 calories and less. Each meal has all the nutrition facts including the amount of calories, saturated fat, carbohydrates and cholesterol.

Are your meats Halaal?
Yes. All our Meats used are Certified Halaal.

What packages are available?
We currently offer weekly and monthly plans.

The weekly plan costs $500.00 and consists of 10 meals for one week (lunch and dinner for 5 days).

The monthly plan costs $1,800.00 and consists of 40 meals. Meals are split up and delivered twice per week if requested.

Is there next day delivery?
Unfortunately, no. The delivery date is two days after the order is placed. You can select any day after the two days as well as the delivery date for your order.

Are the meals fixed or can I select different side options?
Some of the meals are fixed, others you can customize. In Our Menus page, the meals that show “Select Options” are the meals that can customize. The meals that show “Add to Cart” are meals that are fixed. Please note that if you change the side orders of any meal, the nutrition values¬†would change.

Is there a minimum order requirement?
Yes. You must purchase a minimum of five (5) meals.

How do I place an order?
It is very simple. Just select the meals you would like to order (feel free to customize if you want), add to your cart and proceed to checkout. Choose either Local Delivery to your home or office, or select Local Pickup to pick up your meals at our head office. Next, enter your billing address and choose a delivery date. Accept the terms & conditions and place your order.

Do you deliver?
Yes! We currently deliver to your home or office Monday – Friday, in the following areas:

  • Port-of-Spain
  • West Moorings
  • Diego Martin
  • St. Augustine
  • Trincity
  • Chaguanas
  • San Fernando

Please contact us for information on when My Fit Menu meals would be in your area.

Do you cater?
Yes! We currently require 72 hour notice for all catering requests. Please note deliveries are subject to availability.
